- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday) and typically delivered to customers within 2-4 days. Some items, such as pre-orders, may take longer to ship.
- Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it might take a bit longer. If there is a delay, we will inform you immediately.

Dispatch Details
- We will provide you with the dispatch details and ship the products to the address you provided when placing the order. If you do not receive your products within a reasonable timeframe, please notify us through theblingproject.in.
- We will also notify you once the delivery is confirmed by our courier partner. If you have any delivery-related issues, please contact us within 2-3 days of receiving the delivery confirmation. After this period, we may not be liable for non-delivery claims.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a notification when your order ships from our warehouse, including the shipment tracking number.
- Payment Method
- We accept payments via all major VISA or RazorPay credit/debit cards through our payment gateway at checkout.
- Payment is accepted only in Indian National Rupee (INR) at the time of purchase.
- Duties and taxes are included in the listed price.
Initiating an Exchange:
You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. To do this, log in to your existing account or create a new one using the same email address used for your order. Select the exchange option, and we will arrange for pickup from your doorstep.
Processing the Exchange:
Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement to you within 5-7 working days. The Bling Project will handle the pickup from your doorstep.
Customization Exception:
Exchanges are not accepted for customized products.
Exchanging for a Higher Value Product:
If you wish to exchange for a product of higher value, we will issue a credit note for the returned product's amount. Use this code during your new order and pay the difference.
Exchanging for a Lower Value Product:
If you exchange for a product of lower value, we will ship the new product as soon as we receive the original. The balance will be issued as a credit note.
Finality of Exchange:
Exchanges cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Discounts on Exchange Orders:
No discounts apply to exchange orders.
